Founder Member. Dr.Sc. on physics of solids, Ph.D.Sc. Main fields: Research activity is connected with the areas of microelectronics, acoustoelectronics, bioelectronics, human informatics and the base elements of computer engineering techniques. Professor of solid-state microelectronics and integrated circuit technique, including materials, technology and special equipment. Scientific supervisor of "Mikroelektronika" technocentre. Heads the "Intellectual systems" department of the Belorussian State Polytechnic Academy. He has published 7 monographs, 15 brochures and 250 articles.
